All purchases of digital story chapters on staging-premium.navelworld.com are final and non-refundable. Once a chapter is unlocked and accessible under your account, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
1.2. Non-Transferable Access
Purchased chapters are linked to your registered account and are strictly non-transferable. You may not transfer chapter access or wallet balance to another user.
2. Payment Errors or Failed Deliveries

If you experience any technical error during checkout or are charged without receiving access to your purchased chapter(s), please contact us at contact@navelworld.com with proof of payment. We will resolve the issue promptly.
2.2. Duplicate Purchases
In rare cases where a chapter is accidentally purchased more than once for the same account, please reach out within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. After verifying the claim, we may issue a refund or wallet credit at our discretion.
3. No Subscription Model
Please note that Navel World does not operate on a subscription or membership model. You are only charged for the chapters you choose to unlock. There is no recurring billing.
